The Skyline is Better Up Close
CLIENT: DOWNTOWN HOUSTON
During a robust Downtown Houston discovery and brand strategy phase, it became clear that the one thing Houstonians most loved about Downtown was that there WAS no one thing to love. The diversity, the chaos, the hustle, the opportunity, the reflection of everything and everybody that finds a home here — these things together defined Downtown and our city at large.
This campaign lured locals Downtown with curiosity and the promise of discovering something they didn’t know about the heart of the city. Using augmented reality, images of well-known landmarks and confounding bits of culture, “The Skyline is Better Up Close” promised a view of Downtown you’d never seen before.
